In this new course, I take you through foundational materials and topics to take your genealogy & military history to a new level. I offer you new perspectives on how to look at yourself & your ancestors as you move through the course.

Over five modules and two months, you will be exposed  to these foundational materials which guide your exploration. You have two weeks to complete a module before a new one is opened. This allows you time to process the information, do some research, speak to family members, and most importantly, write.

Using my stories as an example, we will explore themes of identity, family patterns, perspective, secrets, emotions, and transformation and you will write your own stories.

One (1) Genogram Session

Are you ready to discover what's hidden in your family or end the cycle so the family can heal? Let's explore this in a genogram session.

We will:

  • Spend 90 minutes together in the session.

  • Explore Your Family's Past

    We begin with a three (3) generation family tree (GEDCOM) and start mapping relationship,s patterns, and traumas. Through this process I ask a lot of questions and we also add in some energy healing to release old pains, wounds, and traumas.

  • Go Deeper With Themes

    Then we look at themes like: birth traumas, pregnancy or child loss, relationship breaks, war deaths, addictions, migration and immigration patterns, family secrets, occupations, education, jobs, sexual issues, mental health issues, illnesses and more. We will explore how these themes shaped your family and who you are in this moment. It may answer the question, 'Why am I the way I am?'

  • You Receive...

    A replay of our zoom meeting where we together move through your genogram. Energy healing work through the session. Suggestions and guidance on further processing of what we discover and integration. And very likely, more questions will form to which you will want to discover answers.
